Program Wrap Up

We have officially wrapped up our 5th annual Adopt-a-Senior program, and we are absolutely thrilled with the overwhelmingly positive response we received this year!

The generosity of our community was truly heartwarming, as we collected more than 200 thoughtful gifts during our gift drop-off event. Not to mention the many gifts that began arriving before the event even took place, further demonstrating the kindness and support from our community volunteers who participated in this wonderful initiative.

We are so grateful to everyone who contributed to making this program such a success!

This year, we hit a new record of gifts delivered!

• Our first year we connected 120 seniors

• Our second year we connected 140 seniors

• Our third year we connected 160 seniors

• Our fourth year we connected 200 seniors

• And this year we connected 270 seniors!

Senior Resources of Broomfield would like to extend a huge thank you to the Broomfield Rotary, as well as Josh Hamilton with North Metro Fire Department, our board members and our group of amazing volunteers!

We are incredibly grateful for all the efforts that went into making this program a success, from organizing the drop-off locations and coordinating the delivery addresses, to personally delivering the gifts directly to the Seniors we adopted. Your dedication and hard work truly made a difference, and we deeply appreciate everything you’ve done!
